Scott McNeil serves as Director of Sales and Marketing at WORD Rock Drills. Known for being trustworthy, he brings 20 years of industry experience, strategic insight, and a steady relational influence to the team every day. He leads the sales and marketing team in making sure WORD’s products and services align with customers’ evolving needs, with a focus on creating a clear, rewarding, reliable, and high-value experience. Outside of work, Scott enjoys family, faith, travel, and sports. He is most proud of his family and having total clarity on what and who matters most in his life.
