WORD Rock Drills is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts with end-user contractors and equipment distributors. The AE manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification through closing and post-sale support.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills, mechanical aptitude, and a proven record of success in B2B sales. Mechanical Assembly Technician
Build a rewarding career in the manufacturing and heavy equipment industry by joining WORD Rock Drills as an Assembly Mechanic. In this hands-on mechanical assembly job, you’ll assemble and troubleshoot drilling attachments using common hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment. This full-time position requires a working knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical systems, with bonus opportunities for those skilled in MIG and Flux Core welding. Strong candidates will have the ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems while working safely to meet production goals. This position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work in various conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Field Service Technician
WORD Rock Drills is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll travel to customer jobsites across the U.S. to perform on-site installation, training, and maintenance of our industry-leading drilling attachments.
