Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician is the face of WORD for our customers in the field! This person exemplifies customer service and a solution-centered attitude for the successful installation, training, and troubleshooting of customer machines in the field. Success in this role requires background knowledge in hydraulics and heavy equipment. Previous experience with rock drilling rigs or on construction sites is preferred. Please note, this position requires regular travel throughout the month.
Mechanical Assembly Technician
The Assembly Technician would join our team in the shop to perform the various tasks required to build WORD Rock Drill attachments. This new addition to our team is someone with strong mechanical abilities and an excellent work ethic who meets our company’s core values and is willing to learn new skills. Previous work experience with hydraulics would be an added benefit when entering into this role. Please note, a willingness to work overtime is required for this position.
Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative at WORD Rock Drills, you will oversee customer accounts and order entry. Your responsibilities include assisting customers with lead times, processing orders, expediting deliveries, handling order changes, and creating customer quotes. Success in this role is defined by achieving sales targets within schedule and maintaining strong customer relationships. You may travel up to 25% for trade shows and client meetings. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and are open to occasional travel, join us in delivering excellence to our customers.
