As a founding member WORD’s Caring Coordinator, Lisa Patterson, helped build WORD alongside her husband and has served in nearly every role throughout the organization’s history. Known for her energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and caring spirit, Lisa has always been passionate about serving people and creating meaningful connections. As Caring Coordinator, she cultivates relationships with the WORD team, customers, and local community through encouragement, hospitality, celebrations, and acts of service that reflect the company’s culture. Throughout her history at WORD, Lisa has always been known to be a steady source of encouragement and support for both her family and the WORD team. Year after year, her heart for others has helped shape the family atmosphere that continues to define WORD today.
