Known for her visionary leadership and unwavering belief in people, WORD Rock Drills Owner Paige Chrisco is passionate about creating customer success while leading WORD toward its fullest potential. After taking over company ownership from her parents in 2019, Paige led WORD to become a certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) through the WBENC, while continuing to build on the values and culture that have defined the company from the beginning. She challenges the team to think creatively, embrace innovation, and never lose sight of the people they serve. Through customer stories and shared purpose, Paige continually reminds the team of the far-reaching impact WORD has on customers, families, and communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and investing in the people and relationships that matter most. Paige cherishes the opportunity to forward her family’s legacy while helping build a company where people are valued, lives are impacted, and purpose drives everything they do.
