Chief Operating Officer
Amanda Jarrell serves as Chief Operating Officer at WORD Rock Drills. Known for her energetic, positive, and joyful spirit, she brings a talent for turning ideas into actionable systems to the team every day. She helps connect strategy to execution by aligning people, processes, and priorities, creating clarity, driving accountability, and supporting teams in achieving measurable, sustainable results. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, whether traveling together or relaxing on the couch for a movie. She is most proud of being a mom to two amazing children, the strong relationships she has built over 20 years of leadership, and helping others reach their full potential while finding joy in the work they do.
