Field Service Technician
Ian Szalku serves as a Field Service Technician at WORD Rock Drills. Known for being determined, he brings strong knowledge retention and a willingness to learn to the team every day. He helps support customers through drill unit installations, onsite training, troubleshooting, and field service work to make sure their equipment is operating the way it should. Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his family and boating. He is most proud of his children, who are the pinnacle of his being.
