Joe Paul serves as Director of Operations at WORD Rock Drills. Known for being reliable, he brings consistency to the team every day. He helps support the people of WORD, making sure teams have the guidance, structure, and support they need to keep moving forward. Outside of work, Joe enjoys attending auctions and collecting local treasures. He is most proud of his daughter.
