Marketing Manager
Mikayla Smith serves as Marketing Manager at WORD Rock Drills. Known for being detail oriented and organized, she brings perceptive problem-solving skills to the team every day. She helps with inbound lead-generating campaigns, manages the CRM, and keeps trade shows running smoothly as WORD’s tradeshow maestro. Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys crafting and exploring new places with her young son and husband. She is most proud of the way she and her husband work together through life to create new experiences for their family.
